Angels/Sox
Ok, I know coming back to win the series is a lot to ask, so I won't ask it. What I do ask is just one victory. Let's at least try to keep things respectable by getting one win. I like the matchup today at home. Vlad's back in right which is a good sign. One win. That's all I want. Good start. Weaver goes 1-2-3 and looked good doing it. Go Halos!

Apparently respectability will elude the Angles this postseason, barring the most amazing comeback in playoff history. I can make excuses about this pathetic showing this series by saying they were banged up, which they were, but the fact is in both games 2 and 3 their were ample opportunities to score runs and in every case they blew it. Other than this bullpen meltdown in the 8th, the pitching actually did pretty well, but the offense, as in '05, left them out to dry. The only thing I have left to say is, go Indians!

I feel your pain. Cubs had all the opportunities and couldn't get it done. The Rockies look really, really good at this point... what's going down we have yet to know.
I'm bummed the cubs are out of it... I guess it'll just make it even more special when they finally get there... unless the Lord returns first.
